Art. 7. of the d.lgs. 196/2003

Access right to personal data and others rights.

1. The interested has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data
concerning himself, even if not registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested has the right to obtain the following indications:

a) of the origin of personal data;

b) of the purposes and modalities of the treatment;

c) of the logic applied in case of data treatment effectuated with the use of electronic instruments;

d) of personal data identifying the owner, of the responsible and of the designed representatives in accordance with article 5, comma 2;

e) of the subjects or of categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or can come to knowledge in quality of designation by the territory of the state, of representatives or appointed.

3. The interested has the right to obtain:

a) The update, the rectification or rather, when he/she has interest, the data integration;

b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of treated data in violation of law, including those ones of which are not necessary the conservation in relation to the aims for which data has been collected or successively treated;

c) The attestation that the operations of which at letter a) and b) have been reported to knowledge, also for what concerns their content, of those to whom data has been communicated or spread, except the case in which this fulfilment is impossible or involves uses of means manifestly disproportionate in relation to the tutelary right.
